Since the MOA pre-qualifier started and I got a gaggle of 580's I've gone through $700 in LN2 costs alone. Spent a lot of money on hardware, gotten very little sleep, killed more stuff than I have in the last year combined.
Sometimes you spend months chasing the pie in the sky and never get it. But it's oh so sweet when you do.
That's why I just picked up an 8800 GT. Thinking aobut just putting the 980 on phase and benching the card unmodded on air for some relaxing low-key hardware bointage.
.......who am I kidding. That card will end up modded,frozen, and dead before I get any boints at all.....just like my last 8800 GT.  |
