Vtt was between 1.35 to 1.5, 1.4 seemed to be the best though.
I had PCH and PLL set to auto for a while and saw that they were running @
1.43 for pll and 1.05 for PCH, Tried messing with PCH, never made a difference.. so ended up just putting it back and the same for pll.
thanks for the kind words my friends...
had the wife return the bad proc for a new one... that store, the original I bought it from didn't have the same batch, but I got the closest one to it.
