If your replacement with New Egg was for replacement they probably turned the RMA into repair after they issued the initial RMA. They did this to me with a P5Q deluxe. The just changed the serial number. I could see where the sub zero prep was exactly as I sent it back. After speaking with a manager the refunded my money in full for both boards and I purchased new ones.

I never even prepped that board. It was truely DOA. They may very well have sent me the same board back with a new serial number as it behaved exactly as the first one.....I sent an interesting email to them. As much money as I spend there they better reconsider what they are doing. I told them I wanted a refund for the second one and that I would buy a different board. Thanks for the info.
