I know they were not on in the pics but that was because I was just tryiong tio give you and idea

Every deck should be locked in place on both sides and the underneath tof the bottom does not get washers

the rods shopuld be flush with the nuts on the under carrage and the space for the first deck should be measured to fit a power supply upright and tighteened down til it is snug ....

I personally use the little 3/8" round clear rubber dots at Home Depot in the feet section on the PS so it does not scratch the paint

if the 1 1/4" screws did not get tight grad 6 1 5/8" screws to replace

then all you should need is the rad mounting screws & the top deck is on upside down ............. LOL

The top deck is where I messed up with the paint, so I had to put it upside down. The feet are just long enough that the washers fit on the bottom too, Ill just pick up another sometime for the top one that doesnt have it.
