I cant tell from that photo but it does not look like the pad was ripped off... it looks the SMD leg is still stuck to it.
Just heat it, pull the old leg off drop the new part on and resolder it.
If it DID rip the pad off, that is more difficult, you can usually send it back to manufacturer with a $10-25 dollar check and they will repair it.
Jetway fixed a board for me, I sent a $10 check and they returned it and fixed the board
(Even though the dmage was caused by a moron throwing the included 1U heatsink in the motherboard bag loose and knocking off some caps)
