Dude, its doing everything correctly. There is a bug in the chip bios once you get your bclk up above around 243-250 where you will see a 22 or 23 multi on a 920, but your no where near that. I also think your not gonna get higher than 4.65GHz benchable on water. To get to 4.9 your gonna need at least SS, just the facts.
