For us peons... its this annoying feature that drops your multi if your going too fast only enabled on some boards, even though it is a Intel specification and is supposed to be part of ALL x58 motherboards.
Dunno which ones you are running personally (x58 or NF200) which was why I asked if it had it.
Dropped some bids on ebay. Even thought about trying to repair some damaged sockets, if I was still working at twotech I would definitely take the chance of being able to repair one. I do not have the gear here to do it. Plus I would have to give up coffee for a week, which I do not want to do either.
