classified has weird cbb issues around -40 to -60/70. Going lower than -70 should resolve them though. You have the jumper set for cold clocks, and mode 2 set inbios right? (assuming 762 has those options like 759/760).
It may also be an IMC coldbug on your cpu. try raising VTT voltages and see if that helps.
