I was pretty happy with the RMA process with my 965XE. From start to finish it took 4 days to get my chip back.

when I RMAd my 975 I called them, they had me read them a bunch of numbers off the chip (numbers off box don't work), told me to send it in and got a new one back about a week later. Maybe 10 days start to finish. No hassle at all, no questions on how it was used .. just described the problem, they agreed it was the chip, and off it went :)
