Mobo for 2600k *Fixed*
 

May have killed my 4 year old 1155 gene-z motherboard today. Was swapping cases and I haven't been able to post since the swap. Motherboard is now sitting on a Dimastech Nano with snap style motherboard standoffs vice screw in. That's the only thing that I can think of that could have Borked my board. Anywho, shopping for a new ROG Board that will support a 2600k.

Any suggestions?

Or should I just upgrade.........? ;)

Gaming. All on air, sli 680's at the moment.

Fixed.

Shoved the board in the oven for 10 min at 350 F and it fixed itself. So relieved.....

Saw evga x99 micro announced, was gonna say...micro

I dunno man, thinkin hard of x99 8 coring it instead of skylakin
