Can not seem to get a handel on this, my score is 200 points less than guys at the same clocks and CPU's ?

Anyone have any insight on how to make tyhis bench go ?

lso make sure you have all the windows updates. In Win7 I scored like crap until I installe a new OS and all the updates. With a fresh os it made a ton of difference. (fresh wind 7 with the sp1 is spot on)

Yea that is just it, brand new retail win 7 install with sp1, literally hours prior to running this, have tryied everything from stock services running to bare bones just enough to start OS , get around 315 every time no matter what I do, should be around 500 to 510 for the clocks

Do you have any SS's? What speed is your mem running at? I Noticed that your processor cache ratio is low. 28 compared to others at 38 to mid 40's. You're running you cache voltage at 1.44 so you should be able to get your ratio up to at least 40.
