yeah it is unless theres a need for a MVE which i think they should of released that and not a MVF :P

Lose electricity efficiency when it gets cold? Isn't that exactly the opposite of what SHOULD happen?

have not seen the video but even my understanding is that, Raising voltage after a certain point may lose electron/electricity efficiency but have never heard going cold makes silicon lose electricity efficiency....

going cold can affect many things including signaling strength which is why there are offsets and skews to counteract these affects
