help: COLDBug on the Commando board :(
we had no cb on the p5e3 premium...using a bunch of celerons
but on the commando board..its cb is around -120c. any tips from our commando users :D thanks vcore: 1.6-1.8v testing range vnb: 1.45v ram multi: lowest fsb termination: 1.45 |
Have you disabled cpu temperature detection ?
|
just tried it...doesn't help..
im open for suggestions :D |
Sometimes you have to go slow and avoid rapid temp drops. Might be the chip if you haven't tried that one before. Some have CB's.
Try leaving RAM on AUTO instead of picking the lowest multi. If you're freezing the NB too (don't need to with celly's) it may not like below -40. |
Good stuff, keep it coming ;)

i think we updated to 1901..
here's the strategy atm, 1. use older bios, new bios might have temp protect, like flucking nvidia 4xx/5xx 2. use pcie...we were using pci card. anyways we'll go from there... unless the commando has a cb...we'll find another one lol |
def try an older bios ftw

woot thanks...

i hit the cb/cbb too!
freaked me out a little.. i though i killed my baby commando |
