Use Protection!
 

When using a chiller or any other sub-ambient cooling, always always, use condensation protection as condensation can creep up on you at any time when below ambient.

This is why you must take the time to guard against condensation:

I use about 12 large maleable erasers to cover the mobo, then about 1/2 roll of the thick insulated tape. I eraser all the mounting screws, then wrap everything so the entire space between the ram, mofests, and heat sink look like a nuclear reactor lol PITA to tear down, but never any problems with condensation :) Should be a pic in my pic post

ouch how did that smell

I had sprayed on some electric tape spray around the cpu socket and used vasoline in the cpu socket itself so I came away a winner with the drip drips. :D
