I have the HF200. The only difference is the HF20 hsa the built in hard drive. In bright light the it works great and the video is excellent. In less than perfect light the video is grainy. From what I read that is pretty standard on this style of camcorder. If you can live with the low light performance I would say it is an excellent deal.
