I was born and raised at Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada. I am now living in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. It would be really awesome to find some other clockers within a reasonable distance and get together for some OC sessions. The nearest, I think, I've seen sofar would be about 20 hr drive from here.:blink:

Wow, thats way worse shape than I am in. Aren't parts alot more expensive up there too?

I was born in southern california (Long Beach area), and lived there till approx the age of 22 then i moved out here inland (still southern california to ontario, California and here i live with my wife and pets.

Nice. Punx you are kinda lucky. You have so many benchers within driving distance. I know they might not be super close, but still. Damn I wish somebody else around here benched. Since we all belong to more than one forum. Does anybody have a buddy located in NC?

It only seems more expensive because of the exchange rate. If I convert CAN$ to US$ the prices are comparable.

Ive found taht most benchers dont seem to play well with others.... they also like to bench alone as they feel their secrets to success are very important to them....

Owells you ever come out here john ill show anyone everything i know..... hell I wish i could host a benching meet I love helping people pushing their systems further than they ever thought possible.... then more.... hell weather it be Via messenger, phone, even forum post

Yep that is right there next to Tulsa. I am usually in Tulsa every week or two when I am at my jobs other two facilities. I need to drive down to Texas and give jeffro a swift kick if he doesn't put that F1EE to use soon!

Clarksburg


Did a year at Fairmont University at their Clarksburg Campus, and screwed up my 4 year free ride through college to move back home to be close to my kids.

(LOL I misspelled clarksburg, and my spell checker told me the correct spelling was "Parkersburg" (city about 40 miles west of Clarksburg)

Cool, I know where Parkersburg is. I used to travel to Beckley about three times a week on business. Man that was the good old days.....

Moved to Alabama for work. Also lived in Florida, South Dakota, Missouri (all when I was very young). Also lived in Iowa from about 1995-2000.

College, I went to the University of Wisconsin for a semester, and also the University of Dubuque for a semester.

I've moved away once or twice (Montgomery and Huntsville) but always came back - Don't ask why because I don't know myself. :blush:

This thread is actually turning out to be pretty cool. It shows how spread out the community is. I woulda never guessed there would be another overclocker in AL other than gunslinger. I think its kinda neat to see where all of you are from. Too bad there is still no one from NC.

I don't stay in one area but 4 or 5 years, then move on to somewhere else, live in at least 20 states, I manage R.V.parks so I get around a lot, nothing better than traveling, also makes it easier when you take your home with you. I got a 36ft fifth wheel R.V.
