Not just the EPower, you have to physically cut the original traces as well according to TiN to properly power this beast. As if the $1,000 price tag wasn't bad enough...:Dizzy:

In this Crysis benchmark the 690 eats the Titan up. lol. They're the same price. I'm sure the Titan runs a bit cooler though since it's a single gpu.
