1.55v +400 passes at -50c not possible to go higher on this card at that temperature. Dreaded red screen of death, get checker board pixels patern as well when trying over 1525.

mouse needs to be in the usb3.0 and need to enable EHCI hand off :wtfsign:

That is weird EHCI is usb 2.0 XHCI is usb 3.0

A new bios fixed it 0881 I think it is

Reference 7970 pulling 1200mhz 1.2v in 3dmark11 so far on stock cooler. Seems promising. Saving big scores till the end ;)

Nice P-score. OCed 680= almost as good as two 580 superclocks stock :O (I got 14K Pscore IIRC)

BBSE run = almost the same physics score at 450mhz less. There is a balance of frequency of timings necessary for a good run.Although tRCD does not seem to matter if at all

Had that happen in a live event in the past.
It actually went up in flames, we were inspecting the VGA's & mobos trying to find a burnt PWM or a blown cap and after a full 3 or so minutes we noticed the flaming red HDD :D

I see 6.2GHz+, that's not bad for your first (?) retail chip.
Hope it scales much higher with more than 1.7Vcore, work your magic :)
