Ok boys.... I am stacking the deck on upcoming HWBOT assault... pending all goes well, I will have some good hardware, quite a few cards to bench, a couple processors, a few boards, and some dice.


not to mention i think the cards are starting to feel winter coming. there is a strang chance of frostbite.

Well it is about damn time punx. Hit it and hit it hard my friend! What CPU's you got lined up? I know you have those 8500gt's. Good luck on them bro. You just reminded me that I still have these 9600g'ts to bench! LOL Only bench I ran with them was Vantage and I forgot to submit that one.

Just wanted to add, Thanks to Mike, AKA Gunslinger as he offered for me to use his sick TEK9 5.0 slim pot... so like I said all of the cards will be getting a lil chilly including the 8600 gt which i believe the pot is double teh size of teh card.

Many thanks to bill as he has provided me with so much more not just in equipment but the motivation to abuse it even when it wasnt mine. hes a great guy and I will not soon forget that

Also thank you to soups for putting together this community for us, or i never would have a chance to beat on a 285 and know its mine if i break it, and to have a team of such rabid overclockers ready and willing to kick me in the ass if i slow down.

And tahnks to nip for sending me some sweet ram to test one of my boards with since I have no DDR3 modules, not to mention teh 8600's i modded for him, as I wanna see the top of vantage with them when theyre chilly

hahaha.... yes the HX1000 has helped tremendously...

and I plan on running the GTX285 stock runs to see how it scales so I see how it runs from the start.... then comes the soldering iron :ohcrap:
