haha, diagnostic boot mode, then while your in msconfig go to the services tab and check mark themes. It will then change to selective startup mode on its own, you can then do your maxmem etc as usual

Thanks to Splave for that diagnostic/theme fix that I have been battling! Thats what I like most about this...learning new things everytime I bench. :thumbsup:

Now to tackle that manual wazza...

STT has pretty fast RMA. I bought a kit of Project X 1800 C7's (old micron D9s) and they borked after 17 months. Email response was pretty fast, and they shipped replacement same day my sticks arrived.:thumbsup:

I am sure I am doing this manual wazza wrong. While I was able to get super_pi_mod.exe down to 36K mem usage it took me about 12 minutes to go through the process. I just copy/paste the wazza folder between drives C/D? :Dizzy:

Ended up with another 1.37.063 run so I guess I didnt do any harm. :blush:

they're not ssd...if you look closely there are rams on those gigabyte ram disks....



the ramdisks are not that expensive anymore..they were originally expensive...
