WTF is wazza? and where do you get it ...

the easy way to perform wazza is with a program called ocx spitweaker.

The other method is manually by creating rar files or using command prompt

Fresh OS install on a standard hdd. Unsure atm if a ssd has any superiority over a hdd at this time. All settings and procedures the same as the latest submission.

logically it should because of its lower access times but dont know practically it helps or not....(since Ram Disks have been proven by others to not help SuperPi 32m hence not sure)

I was told this a long time ago about ramdisk and pi

...RamDisk doesn't work well for Spi because in order to use it, you trade off from actual ram size for the ramdisk size... in 32bit the are so many adresses - blah blah blah (how memory works and irql talk). On 64bit you might be able to use ramdisk with some positive results, but the same basic memory rules apply..

I paraphrased it just a tad...

RAMdisk would then help with pi sincemost people limite it to about 1.15gB of addressable space anyway for 32M ... leavng lots of space for a ramdisk.

However I thought ramdisks were verbotten?
