I've been out for too long tbh, I was never that good in the first place (recently i found out i have been learning from a shitbird who talks out of his ass this whole time), and left my bench rig hanging for close to a year is making me prob have to relearn everything i "know" about benches...

My wife(then gf) is/was a sports/physical education teacher and an International Basketball player for India, I thought wow great, she will understand my computer gaming addiction(hobby). Sadly she didnt, was the captain of the best Indian TF2 team which I had to disband because of her (For her it was as usual a mature guy playing a stupid game, spending all the time in front of the computer) Though I understand her POV as well, so no friction as such. And leaving gaming gave me a bit more time to overclocking actually, :D

The new rules at the bot really work against a team such as our who's members are mostly cutting edge, allowing only one score from each peice of hardware is tough on us when 10 or 15 of us are benching latest and greatest and typically held several spots on the top ten or twenty harwared groups , That's when we were dominant

Your post is on spot WD. I feel we are not only a benching team here but brothers in a family of great people. Theres no need for abandonment. Even though we are somtimes a thousand miles apart we are still a big part of each others lives. To all of the no shows...we miss you.

As far as the bot is concerned they are becoming the victim of their own demise and will someday not exist because of their petty rules. I would love to see Asus come up with some sort of online benching forum. They would put HWBot to shame i am sure. But the chances of that are slim since like other manufacturers they too are concerned about the bottom line at the end of the day.

IMO when at asus they didnt care that much about being #1 on hwbot but Peter was hell bent on making sure he was first on the ORB for each of the three classes.

I wouldnt mind seeing a competitor but it would be hared to be a manufacturer and run one...do you only allow your own stuff? how do you explain that to the corporate heads that you want 10's of thousand of dollars to develop a website where your competitors can post as well.

The key is bench for fun, Ive had more fun benching ivy at 5ghz and freezing mem for 32m then I have in a while benching anything.

you need m5e of m5f for slow mode switch, run bench flip slow mode on open cpu-z's then slow mode switch off and capture :thumbsup: nice chip!

Funny story of the day.
While I was benching a friend came over and wanna do some Dice, well he didn't have a board at the time so i let him used the P5Q Deluxe i had just laying around. He didn't know you had to insulate the damn thing and i minding my own Commando the board was K.I.A that night.

time goes by, and i pretty much forgot i even had that...

ONE year later today, I decided to clean my room and put all the broken parts up in the storage and found the box for this board, and decided to test it out for no reason and it booted it right up XD

not sure about other parts of tennessee, but in nashville - brentwood area it's been 90~110F since June 25th, seems like the heat baked my P5Q Deluxe alive :rofl
