HMPH...Youngsters and thier power drinks and muscles. When you get old you don't need all the body mass, you get mean to compensate.

I'm prolly older than you dude :rofl: whch means we're both losing body muscle mass as we speak. if nothing else, this adds energy and makes a little easier to get around. Personnaly, I'm hitting the weighs again within the next week or so. Ain't gonna be a fucking skinny old man with a big belly dammit :rofl: :rofl:

MD I've made this a couple times this week. I didn't have blueberries so I used frozen blackberries. I found that I like it best with only half a banana and 8oz of OJ.

Yeah, I probably should've added "add to taste" huh :rofl: The banana is for phosphates or something like that and the berries for antioxidents. I usually just pour the blueberries in until it looks about right.. thinking closer to a cup, but..

I'll have to try blackberries, but I originally went with blueberries cause they're the most potent :)
