You are right....This causes me a problem because i will have to put the asus cards above the XFX...It could cause me to not get there samples....

Can you tell me why you think the XFX card is as good..It seems you have to make them Asus cards by changing the bios....Is it because of the double lifetime??? Can you tell i am looking for something good to write....

I notice that the core is 900 and memory is 1300...when I open msi the core is 1315 and the memory is 1690....Is that not real???

also I have flashed GPU bios before but it looks kinda complicated...I usually hold my breath when doing it but the link you provided seems tuff....

is this the link you used??????

can you help?????

I also notice that when i tested this in 3d app game i had to lower the clocks to stock clocks for it to be stable..

I did run 3D03 and 05 at 982/ 1321 thru AB...Is that real because AB says so????

If you have a question regarding gpu clocks, double check with gpu-z on what clocks it reports. Use the drop down tab at bottom to switch between multiple gpu's

flashing I defer to guttez on that one

I think the AB has a higher clock because i changed the AB like you mentioned in the beginning of this post to 1 instead of 0...I believe that is why i have higher clocks using AB...

I am wondering if i need to flash the bios if the AB is doing the job????

also I can't set the core and memory with CCC and volts with AB as before....

What card do you have or writing about?

For flashing thats the guide I used. All it takes is a usb flash drive. You have to format the usb to be bootable. In the guide there is a link to an HP program to do the format.
after that was done I unzipped ati flash an copied those files an put them on the flash drive. Then download whatever bios u want to us cause xfx limits you for overclockin.
Asus gives more limit msi bios uncaps even more. I chose Asus cause all the screenshots I seen used it. so copy the bios to the flash drive.
After that boot from the usb... a C prompt will come up. then u type yur commands an bios name ect refer to guide.

Its real easy.
I didnt even run my card with the xfx bios so I cant tell anything about the down clocking.

If ya want pm me an I'll give you my number to call me.
