Looks like I missed the run on the 5870's with (1) per customer over at the egg. Did anyone here manage to bump some old lady for a card or two?

Yep, alot of buzz about the product for months but no supply on release date equals major demand. Wouldn't be surprised to see some vendors jack up the price some as people will pay it right now. I ain't pluggin in. I am waiting for at least a $50 drop before I jump on them. Seeing that it is ATI that should be in about 2-3 weeks.

I like the way that ATI PCB's look so much cleaner with less stuff on the board then Nvidia's, add the fact that the chip itself is so much smaller than Nvidia's monster chips and performance is still there.
