Should have got that while i was at lowes getting a piece of glass that is way too thin.. but will do the trick for now (2.5mm glass for the center of a table... it will break soon enough). So they are called snap ring pliers... mk. So my idea of needle noses doesn't sit well with you guys eh?

needle nose may work, may not. ring may go flying, may not. wear prtected head gear :rofl: Much easier with the correct tool.

A bitch to buy for once a year or less use though. They come with numerous pieces of metal you can clamp into the jaws (why I don't know) but I just use the default copper ones
