DUDE!!! that's a little too much! |
they are prety easy to find, just make sure you get a good reader and your golden. the first one I bought was not the greatest and only went to -45c just make sure you spend more now so you dont have to buy another one. cheaper isnt always beter especially when it comes to reading temps and stabilizing them. I used to get them off ebay or amazon. you can get bulk packs on ebay of the probes.

I bought the cheapest one I could find due to financial constraints....hopefully it goes beyond it's specs of -50C.
|
well at least if it only goes that far when benching if it never moves past -50c then you know you are colder ;)

When I can afford to get the LN2 delivered, I'll be able to afford a better thermometer too, I hope.
I am extremely happy with my chilling device today, I will go update the thread in a few. |

I haven't seen it go past -46 Celsius. I have since bought a dual probe thermometer off ebay new for $37.80. I will let you know how it performs after I get it. It is supposed to go to -200C. I need to get some LN2 though soon.

Got a link to that dual probe thermometer?
|
I edited it into the last post, just click on it.
