As far as the bot is concerned they are becoming the victim of their own demise and will someday not exist because of their petty rules. I would love to see Asus come up with some sort of online benching forum. They would put HWBot to shame i am sure. But the chances of that are slim since like other manufacturers they too are concerned about the bottom line at the end of the day.

IMO when at asus they didnt care that much about being #1 on hwbot but Peter was hell bent on making sure he was first on the ORB for each of the three classes.
I wouldnt mind seeing a competitor but it would be hared to be a manufacturer and run one...do you only allow your own stuff? how do you explain that to the corporate heads that you want 10's of thousand of dollars to develop a website where your competitors can post as well.
The key is bench for fun, Ive had more fun benching ivy at 5ghz and freezing mem for 32m then I have in a while benching anything.
