Guys,

Clock limits are 4.0 GHz for AMD/Intel

I understand the test may take awhile but thats part of the fun of this.... what if someone only has a stock cooler on their HTPC and they wanna compete?

They will have their shot.

You may be Overclockaholics but for this competition should you choose to compete will be based on efficiency.

If this goes well future competitions we will focus more on clockspeed or another bench with its own set of limits.

You can start running some warm ups if you would like.

We will start this asap just want to make it clear the rules are simple!!

1) Dont cheat!
2) Wazza, file swap, etc is fine, but any modification that affects the timing result or accuracy in order to gain a competitive advantage is strictly forbidden and frowned upon.
3) If cheating is suspected and believed to be true then users submission will be removed and user will be banned from interaction in any future Thermaltake sponsored events, giveaways, or contests on this or any other forum.

This is supposed to be fun... lets keep it that way.

looks good, nice work Tt

p.s. i would suggest to do 4000 +/- 5 MHz, this way we will not have problems with the little BCLK's oscillation that many mobos have :)

DrNip 07-20-2011 01:53 AM

Great. Sandy is set up already. Ordering AMD mobo this weekend for AMD pwnage next weekend.
