Arctic Cooling Announces MX-3 High Performance Thermal Compound
The Swiss cooling solution provider ARCTIC COOLING today unveiled the new premium thermal compound ARCTIC MX-3 (4g). Its high thermal conductivity and non-curing nature make it one of the best thermal compounds for overclockers and gamers.

As an upgraded version of the award-winning ARCTIC MX-2, the performance of the ARCTIC MX-3 outranges other well-known thermal compounds clearly. This new compound is composed of carbon microparticles which lead to an extremely high thermal conductivity – 8.2 W/mK. It guarantees that heat from the CPU or GPU can be dissipated quickly and efficiently.

I will be pickin one up when I run out of current stock. Need to time it around when I am pickin up some other hardware as I hate payin more for shipping than what the product cost. I can only imagine if you were to just buy this and what the shipping would be on it!!!

Read a little closer here.......

"CARBON PARTICLES" (sounds like IC Diamond TIM with a different name to me)

Diamond is pure carbon and has the highest thermal conductivity.

Ugh, got a test sample of IC7 Diamond a while back, using that stuff is like trying to spread hardened cement.

could never get it thin enough on my IHS, looked like I had a slice of cheese on there...

Its not even that hard man. Stop creating Vapor hate on IC7. Just because you have girly Palmolive hands that can't squeeze the plunger doesn't mean there arnt real "Man" clockers out there.
