Noob alert!!!!
Guyz would be benching with DICE or maybe LN2 this weekend on a MSI Eclipse board with an i7 920 D0. Started working on a i7 setup not even a week ago so I hope you guyz would be nice to me,
Chip/Mobo does Max BCLK 225, 4.4G for 3d runs on air on the same board. 4.6G not even 4m stable yet (you guyz didnt let me test much with your 3d Mark 01 contest, all my time gets wasted on 4.2G testing the LOD's, :( ).
Any tips or pointers or precautions regarding the board or general clocking of i7???

I don't have any experience with the msi board bro, but sign1 to the forums. Post up some pics if you get a chance. What pots are you gonna be using for the dice runs?

Try raising the PCIE past 110 to get higher BCLK. Try 115, 120 or hell even 125.

Home made Copper Pot...I know not many people have that board for extreme runs,
have a UD5 as well, will do some runs on that later sometime...

No Love for me from the members, :(
Did around 4750 Mhz on air @ PCIe 115,( have to somehow arrange for a PATA HDD before I muster the courage to push it past 120) which I think is great on this board, sadly not many people use this board even on XS who can help me out.
No one participating in MOA from here????
I guess Dinos would???

Sorry Banik, I just went i7 and have an unlocked chip. Bclocking it isn't something I've worried about. Hell I still gotta really study this arch to know what I'm doing.
Free bump for ya though.
