Question Another Newb Question

Just got done puttin my 4890's in, installed the driver as well as Catalyst Control Cenetr. I went to overclock them and can't. Here is a pic of Catalyst Control Center, Riva Tuner and ATI tool. Catalyst Control Center and ATI tool are greyed out in the areas that allow you to overclock and Riva Tuner doesn't give the option under Driver Options. I am using Windows 7 64bit and thought it was the digital signature or what ever and disabled it after I pressed F8 but was a no go still. I am sure it is an easy fix just need pointed in the right direction.

You have to hit the key icon on the ATI Overdrive screen to unlock those features.

Try setting 1280x1024 res with out running 06 and see if you get that error. Might be a problem with scaling.

I have seen non-ATI hdmi dongle errors when using my 2400s dongle on my AIWHD and vica versa (AIWHD is a 3650 with a theater 650 strapped to it)

These cards blow. I have had nothin but probs out of them forom the get go. Drivers wouldn't install to not bein able to eun on my 28" monitor due to a hdmi to dvi error. I got past that by hookin up my vga 19" monitor but still havin probs. One of em is an overclocker. Can do almost 1000 core but the other two can only do about 940ish stable. I put the prime one in slot one. We'll see. My Blades go out for RMA tomorrow but my HyperX's are in route back to me. I ghave 30 days to see what I can do with these. All else fails they are goin back to the shop.

Also can't get the damn things installed on my XP drive so there goes competin in the contest with them. Keeps given me a Cataylst Installer failed to load or somethin like that. Also since I've had them in I have to double boot to get my internet to work. 1st boot it doesn't work so I have to reboot and then it works. I can't call it. Nothin but the blues i tell ya.

can only use 2 cards on XP nip. You need .net 2.0 as well

The double boot is more of an issue with the classified. Alot of people are having that issue. I only use wireless via usb so no probs here. It has to do with the NIC on board.

My classified is going back due to the NIC issue. Interesting problem with XP though.
