Question Can you Identify the missing parts

I sent this 560Ti to Gigabyte for RMA and they sent it back saying it was unfixable but I'm thinking if I can find out the identity of the missing resistors I can fix this bad boy. Was not a cheap card, so hoping someone knows what I need to buy and where I can buy it from

please please please Whatever they are, there are 4 of them.

Feel free to pass the pics around if need be If you know someone at Gigabyte even better

Why did they say it was unfixable because the solder pads are ripped off?

They're SMD type caps. Without knowing what value they are I can't point you to a vendor. They're not expensive. Pack of 5 is only a couple bucks.

there is one way of doing it, i've never personally done it but taking one of them off and measure it and solder it back on then go out get the same rating ones and solder it back into the missing slots...

Nothing you can do but try it but like Mr. Scott said, there's no real way to know what was there without some technical info on the card.
You may be able to get this info somewhere, get the correct caps, solder them on and try it.

Well, I've written a very friendly letter to my good friends () at Gigabyte asking them to either
1 - sell me the parts I need
2 - provide me with the specifications of the missing parts

Hopefully they will do #1 but I'd be happy (an rather amazed) if they would just do #2.

I just got a response from Gigabyte

as follows;

Dear customer,

We cannot provide parts or specs for the components

Thank you

Rat Bastards

Such customer service, probably afraid of giving away trade secrets

Assholes

Maybe you can find a broken one to pull the parts off of.
Just my $0.2.

EDIT
c724 is going to be hard to fix. if fixable at all.
Good luck.
