Default How much VTT and PCH for P55 board with 680

So just wanted to check how much vtt is sort of safe under LN2, (around -105 C according to my cheap ass thermometer). I have put 1.45V for vtt at max as of now and 1.38V for PCH. Would pushing more Vtt help me in achieving stability at higher clocks???

pch doesn't really help in bclk'ing

use a low multi...for cpu and ram.

try maxing out your bclk..with 1.35v vtt...

thats what I believed Honda, but recently saw an old thread by either Miahellen or Hicookie about them using PCH @ 1.38V, hence,
