Do regular members get avatars or just mods? Cause I have no option for one.

Your avatar works but you didn't have one assigned. The one I put for your avatar you had assigned to your Profile Picture. Didn't know if you wanted it as an Avatar but I put it there for you. I did notice that you are not able to display images in your sig. I take your exact sig and put it mine and it displays images.

Ive checked user cp their is nothing their nor under each tab. I dont think regualr members are able to. No other regular member has an avatar besides me now

Well I can't call it as in the admin panel it shows that members have the Avatar listing in their Usercp. The important thing is you have one now.

Sure enough it isn't there as a regular member. Supes any insight on this?

Fixed Avatar uploading and sig pics

OCA Gladiators have special permissions, includi albums, animated user pic, avatars, albums, social groups, visitor messages, Sig pic, animated sig pics, enhanced pic size etc.

The average joe will be limited.
