I do not remember everyone agreeing he was great. But I thought the same thing.

JFK is looked back on with fondness, but he wasn't loved by everyone. Roosevelt? elected to how many terms? That might be one. They are both before my time though

Unfortunately, you cannot name ANYONE that EVERYONE loves, President or otherwise. You have to look at accomplishments and Reagan's accomplishments outshine any other modern day President.
