I saw that as a possible issue, and it would truly be sad to see that sort of thing.

This is why I would like to limit this to the overclockaholics family of overclockers as I dont think you would cheat your teammates.

Thats why I said the number one rule is to have fun.

This is also another reason in the notes it is listed that if a submission is questionable we can request another run with video verfication and then we can ensure any questions by other competitors can be easily answered.

Actually that interpretation did occur to me after I posted that

NF200 I am not sure the details specifically just that it can raise latency, it is the board I have to use for now though.
