Katey came home Thursday around noon. She couldn't walk at all so we had to carry her with a harness in front and a sling in the back - she's 91lbs

She slept most of the day, but had a can of dog food for dinner.
Friday we got her walking a little bit, took her outside a couple times holding her just enough to support her as her legs were still pretty weak and wobbly. She essentially has to learn to walk again. During the second trip outside she finally peed, which was quite a triumph
Today she's been up and out several times, and she is starting to actually walk instead of just dragging her legs, and, she can support herself standing - another triumph

She wouldn't piss or shit though so we went back to the vet so they could show us how to "express" her.
The vet couldn't get her to piss either so they took her in back while we waited up front. They finally came out and told us she had shit all over the place and had peed on the floor just as they were thinking about keeping her overnight
She practically ran for the car, and tried to jump out when we got home, I grabbed her harnes just in time.
We have to carry up the stairs, and she's banned from climbing stairs for 2 to 3 weeks. We have a three story house

I've been sleeping on an air matrix on the first floor with her just in case.
So far so good, and she's getting stronger by the day. I on the other hand, am getting more and more tired by the day
