Teflon coating is bad.

CAst Iron FTW!! and the non cancer causing smack down

Plus you ever hit someone with a teflon pan? Bounces right off their skull... cast Iron however makes a nice sickening THUD when it cracks cranium...

That alone has me convinced its a better meat cooker

Seriously though, cast iron is the way to cook. But I saw the LN2 cooking on TV around last week, saw it and thought *old hat... Bill's been doing it for months
