Looks like my 2600K is toast...it won't run over 4.5GHz now with all cores enabled no matter what the settings in bios.

same here man! my 970 is not clocking any higher than 4.7 now turbo will not even kick in anymore

Notpad can be edited to say whatever the heck you want it to. Maybe thats why it got flagged, idk.
