I been hearing good things about Ryzen performance. Then again, we heard alot of great talk about Bulldozer too. Alot of speculation in the air again.
I certainly hope AMD pull's this fat rabbit out of their hats. $300+ for their flagship desktop doesn't inspire considering their current financials. If the chip is a performer then they are leaving alot on the table moneywise but undercutting Intel's prices by such a wide margin.
Makes more sense the performance being closer to a 7700k chip but using more cores to get there. Altho the die size is reportedly smaller.
Nonetheless exciting times in the pc performance segment.
