I dont think you would have much to gain if you were to beat a antique, that only had 180 hp engine when new... on the other hand what would you say to your friends if you lost.
I might could borrow one of my old drag cars back just to make a pass or two down the track. Which of my last 2 toys would you like to race?

The Altered 23T Built with a chrome-moly chassis, 468 BBC on alcohol, PG trans, total weight 1300#

or the 86 Camaro on a chrome-moly chassis complete Harwood body, lexan windows, narrowed 9", with a nice Brodix head equipped 408 smallblock on alcohol, total weight driver included 2100#

Like I said I am a old dragracer. I traded the rolling chassis (no motor or trans) of the 23T for the running driving Corvette. I got out of drag racing. But I do know the sport I spent 20+ years and my life savings doing.
Yup kikicoco1334 I really like the old vettes as well. Riding around in it you see people of all ages really notice the C3 body style. Little kids ask if its the Batmobile.
Thanks again for the welcome fellas.
