Droid 2 user here.
For me it's mostly just a phone and an "anywhere I am" map of roads and services, but I don't think I could ever go back to not having google access on the fly.
Huge improvement over my old iphone. Partly because local AT&T towers suck, but I also much prefer a device that I can boss around instead of one that bosses ME around.
I haven't overclocked it though. It gets fairly hot when working hard just at stock clocks. And I'd actually be screwed if it died on me while out and about.
