Thanks HC.... Even though my problem is solved, there are others with the same issue judging from ebay (lol)

Looks to be more of a common problem then I thought. Makes sense though. High profile part in a very prone spot....

Well, I talked to BFG again in hopes to get a schematic to find out the rating for the cap. No dice. He said they get the boards straight from nV, so I'd have to try to get the info from them. So that's, out...
