It's just not entering the OS. I think some of the drives are missing.

According to the boot screens, it looks like there should be 4 SCSI drives, (2 in raid 0, and 2 in raid 5, I think) but there is only 1 installed.
Wipe it and install a copy of XP Pro.
Orrrr.......sell it to me.
