Clock limits are 4.0 GHz for AMD/Intel

I understand the test may take awhile but thats part of the fun of this.... what if someone only has a stock cooler on their HTPC and they wanna compete?

They will have their shot.

You may be Overclockaholics but for this competition should you choose to compete will be based on efficiency.

If this goes well future competitions we will focus more on clockspeed or another bench with its own set of limits.

p.s. i would suggest to do 4000 +/- 5 MHz, this way we will not have problems with the little BCLK's oscillation that many mobos have
