thanks guys, monna try next week with more dice or maybe just go get some ln2 and rock from there

cuz this time i got really lucky! i came home after work found out i only had less than maybe a lb or 2 worth of dice left in my bucket so i crushed it really really small and then just poured in there and it dropped down to about -50 with the first boot at the time it was still dropping so i just went from 4750MHz directly to 5750 then ran super pi 1M twice and then slowly jumping from 5750 to 597*(what ever my last high was) then started to do 1 click at a time BSODed like 3~5 times so i cranked up the voltages and redid everything i have done only this time i just jumped the bastard to 6000 and soon as CPUZ poped out 6000.** didn't even look just hit F7 and computer BSODed looked in the pot DICE was GONE! and then i rebooted just wanna see what the temp was -11

i am ebaying a thermometer right now for ln2 and some dice use lol

I wouldn't especially if you come across a great chip. Don't want to take the chance of ruining it.

920 and LN2 = careful pouring. DIce is safe, cascade better. LN2 best but way more attention being paid.

IHS removal is so 5 years ago. I think the companies have paid a lot more attention to how the chips are built now... either that or DIce/LN2 just does not care cuz even the PCB around the CPU is getting to -150 or lower LOL
