Dont worry, this competition will be an OPEN competition of sorts just basically stating no cheats that may alter the timing of the benchmark or windows system timing to gain a competitive edge in the contest.

I want this to be a legitimate fun event for you guys. Testing your ability to tweak the OS and your system settings to the limit while allowing an even clock limit to level the playing field for those that cannot support 5+ GHz clock speeds.
