Vcore, FSB and and nb core voltages will be your key voltages to tweak with. Best advice would be strap an air cooler on there and figure it out before you jump into the sub-zero end. That's the way I have to do it and is the way I am doing it again with my current 775 platform as I got spoiled on the core ix's and the ease of overclocking them. Forgot how to overclock a 775!

kikik not bad man

things I noticed
-you are undervolting lol! stock vcore on those I think is 1.3v you can probably go to 1.65-1.7v but it will stop scaling with just dice temps
-vsfb termination I max out highest available 1.55v I think
-vNB I set to 1.625v anything higher wont boot for me
-dram loosen to 5-6-6-15 and set 1:1 for cpu-z IE 200fsb = ddr2-400
-In bios, set to ignore all fan monitoring and control, and voltage and temps

Setfsb clockgen is CY28551 Good luck man!

PS @ georgestorm, I told him to try it out on his own first with a couple tips and then come ask questions. Best way to learn and understand instead of just plugging in my settings. He will get it!

Sorry, having re read my comment, sounds far harsher than I meant.
Just theres surely no point spending time and money with DI when hes playing at air speeds?
And at a mega basic level
You keep increasing the vcore to support the freq, and the nb and fsb aswell.
Just keep pushing the freq, when it doesn't work, up some voltages
Gradually get a feel for it.
And whatever you do, don't be afraid, mistakes quicken your learning a lot

One thing you have to take with you when you are going into extreme overclocking is don't be afraid to tear some shit up. What I mean by that is if you ruin your mobo, cpu, psu or all of the above that is part of the game and you need to take it in stride. If you are afraid then you might as well change hobbies. Now I'm not saying this will happen or you need to try to do this just know that is part of the game. Now that we have established crank your volts up and then crank your frequency!!!!!

I just told you what voltages to use man if it freezes up on you add more vcore until you hit the point where more voltage doesnt help. Then you will need colder temps (ln2)

I just press buttons until something works and hope I don't burn something up in the process

No, really. I've been more of a trial and error type since I'm still pretty new to overclocking. Take note of what works and move on. Always keeping things within the limits of the cooling medium. I'm currently on water but will be making the move to Dice/LN2 as soon as I get all my stuff squared away.

Sorry for the hijack, back on topic.
