Talking DrNip-Enstein

You all should know me by now whether it is from this forum or others as I have been around. I am one of your local admins here as well as one of the site designers. I hope you enjoy the experience here as it will only get better! Anyways, my rig has gone thru many of transformations and I will just pot pics.

To Blue Tubing & Bigger GPU's

To A Bench Station For DICE Sessions

To Everyday Cruising When Not DICEing

i7 920 Everyday Cruiser

Still Working On This Portable Water Cooling Setup

Just need to get some quick disconnects. That way I can go from CPU cooling to cooling my GPU's during a DICE session. Just been putting this off for a bit while I stack cash!

Well might as well go ahead and start to show you guys what I got goin. After a all new hardwood flooring in the house; installed by me as well as new paint, I got me a new desk today for my stuff. That's my 28" Hannspree in the background.

Very clean if you ask me. I have all the new sockets and covers, just haven't installed them so don't give me hell about the one in the background. Color me stupid but I spend thousands and thousands on hardware but I only get a $25 keyboard.

Here is the RAM.

Tomorrow will be the mobo and hopefully after a delay already the D0 CPU will be in towards the end of the week.

I looked there all day but for the 3x2 versions. Didn't bother to check for the 3x1 versions until tonight. Glad I did as these elpida's go fast when there in stock.

I almost went back to the Mushkin 1600 MHz at 7-8-7-20.....then I saw those Kingston. I have some GSkill 2000 MHz but they are CAS 9, and the Mushkins would actually outperform them in benches.

Just a simple little mod that should drop my temps all around. I've never had a quad processor before. Got this i7 just staring away at me. Tuesday can't get here quick enough.

New mobo should up and what do ya know. This one is packaged right unlike the last one. The box has a lid that opens and when opened you are able to view the mobo thru the window. The last one had the mobo in there backwards to when looking thru the window you couldn't see the mobo but instead you saw the accessories box. Sorry bastards. I know I received a return mobo the 1st time.
